Wall writing (Fading sight)

This represents how I see, now. I have failing eyesight and it doesn't seem to stabilize into a workable state. This is both depressing and a little bit interesting. Things I miss the most:
Accurate color
Focus
Depth perception
Peripheral vision
Accurate contrast
Smooth surfaces
Reading books
Reading crisp black print
Driving!
Walking with assurance

Ce que tu exprime là est d'une telle force qui serait peut être moindre si tu n'avais pas ces probblèmes de vision

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, everyone. This is a baby picture of my year-old mother, 1925. I placed a glass cube over it to obscure it a little bit. Maybe because that's how I always saw my mother.

raingirl replied to Diane Putnam:

Your creativity has obviously not waned. Very interesting indeed - and love knowing that that's how you saw your mother. Parent relationships are fascinating and always different from one person to another. And even when a parent is gone they seem to still be around, for better or worse.

I miss your more frequent photos. I hope you are finding something else creative to do in the place of photography. peace.
