Summer in America

This photo and the previous one are based on shame and anger. They aren't meant to be good photos. For clarification, please refer to: tinyurl.com/yd6ufryn

Now we hear on the news that there has been no organized identification, cross-matching and tracking system to get the children back with their parents. And, in a panic, those "in charge" (?) have sent hundreds of children all over the country to shelters and foster homes. Many are too young to reliably even give their parents' names, much less any other information. Ordinary citizens are showing up at airports to help, based on tips that children are arriving in their cities. One couple has raised nearly $18 million for setting up a system and eventual transportation to reunite the families, since the Immigration dept. does not seem to have done so. Donations continue to increase as the shock and outrage spreads across the country. I will have to say this: MOST who are shocked and dismayed are not Republicans, though some of those are at least moderately bothered by it. Particularly politicians up for re-election this November.

This is the most severe moral failure in the United States since Japanese-American incarceration in WWII.

There are hundreds of attorneys offering pro bono help with immigration and other problems in the USA, all because of one mentally deficient man who claims this is all the fault of others.

I heard here in Australia that the US Govt intends to hold people on unused/underused military bases.

Waiting for November. (Mid-term elections, when states vote for Senators & Representatives. The goal is to unseat Republicans and elect Democrats.)

This perfectly demonstrates the massive incompetence and cruelty of our current government.

Yes, that was one proposal off the top of someone's head. It's all so chaotic that we can't believe anything right now, which is why ordinary citizens are showing up at airports when they have heard that some kids are being transported. United Airlines is now refusing to transport children of immigrants. If anything changes the minds of a few of the ape's worshipers, this will be it, though I don't count on it. Donations are literally pouring in to several experienced immigrant legal aid charities.

This evening we heard that separated children have been given to families all around the country and there is doubt that there are enough records to track them so they can be reunited with their parents in the future...

Diane Putnam replied to GrahamH:

There is indeed doubt about the ability to track who has gone where. This will get MUCH bigger in legal ramifications before it's done. Several states - one of them Oregon - are now suing the federal gov't to stop transporting either parents or children, among other demands. A case will be made regarding inflicting intentional trauma on children, as well. (AKA child abuse.)

States in the joint suit are: Washington, Oregon, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Minnesota. New York has filed its own suit.

Diane! you say that this photo is not meant to be a good photo.
Well, in my opinion it's much more !

I think you have conceived and realized both effectively and rightly a trenchant manifesto against the insane and mischievous politics of Trump and companions that immediately has a deep impact on the look and the mind, reminding us how this way of thinking and acting could also spread in Europe. And it's already happening, I mean!

Fight Fight Fight is necessary to preserve mankind from all this !
