I have a little tin of Coleman's mustard that I bought from their museum in Norwich, Norfolk many years ago! I have never opened it ;-)

Diane Putnam replied to Rosalyn Hilborne:

I use mine a few times a year, which is probably taboo. Spices are supposed to be fresh, but I don't care! Thank you, Rosa!

Have you tried using them for tagliatelle?
A nice venture into the absurd.

Diane Putnam replied to Steve Bucknell:

It makes me shudder to think of it! ;-o But, thanks anyway, Steve!

Andy Rodker said:

I swear by Colman's! Useful in so many things!
But i also use a good quality Dijon just as much.
'What's the bottle on the left?', says Nosy?

Diane Putnam replied to Andy Rodker:

Almond extract on the left, for Christmas cookies. I use the Colman's when I make potato salad or deviled eggs and add it to mayonnaise for dipping steamed artichokes. I can't think what else... Many thanks, Andy!
