I think they have that, too. But, I don't know anything about stout, so you can't trust me! "Micro" refers to the fad here of "micro-breweries," in other words, small and privately owned. Thank you very much for the information. Now I understand what the 'micro' stands for in this context. Yes, we have micro-breweries as well, and to survive they usually need to be damn good at it. The most interesting beer and also other drinks often comes from micro-breweries =)
