In the background is an old circular Pow Wow structure made of pine timbers. Native Americans of all ages dance in the middle while drumming and singing is performed under the circular canopy. The one in the video is also at Pine Ridge. Sioux Pow Wows are sort of the ultimate ones, in my opinion.
