I don't know what you are asking here. If you are asking can you (IMA/ ipernity) use this image - the answer is yes.
I have changed the license on the image to "attribution" - is that what you need?

It's very easy! We need your approval here, because we will transfer all files to our IT supporter tomorrow mornig. The people there haven't any order to check all originals. If we would ask them to do, such an order will take additional money (80€/h) from the small budget of ima. It's money of all members, because ipernity isn't a company any longer, but a community without interest in profits. The more money we save, the more we can invest in development.
It's a simple standard procedure for all who are submitting here. Exception might result in confusion after some weeks. Sorry.
