A lovely capture here. I have seen just 2 or 3 Kingfishers but never managed to photograph them. Such a beautiful bird. Its a shame though that this is not sharper. That would have made this photo a real winner but... Well done.

Ciao Herb, grazie per il tuo bel commento. Dopo tanti anni sono riuscito a catturarlo per la prima volta quest'anno 2025. Che non sia nitido lo vedo anch'io, una foto difficilissima da fare, scatto con tempi di 1/3000 di secondo e non sapendo mai da dove riemerge dall'acqua, tu che lo hai visto sai quanto velocemente vola. Io l'ho pubblicata soprattutto per far vedere e capire agli amici la difficoltà di fare questa foto , ciao e buona giornata.
