The artist’s house - HFF

This house has become a ‘lived-in’ museum”: a visit offers access to spaces where everyday objects, travel souvenirs and unfinished works are interwoven. Every surface bears the artist’s mark, and it is clear that Tatin has broken down the traditional boundary between home and artwork, between life and creation. He has transformed a rural property into a veritable work of art in which one can live.

Even the house is a work of art Christa. It fits beautifully in this setting and I can imagine Tatin working here engrossed in his sculptures and maybe falling asleep with an unfinished art piece beside the bed awaiting completion when he woke.

Thank you for the notes. This place is fascinating.

Beautifully captured. HFF and have a good weekend
