Looking across to Wetherlam
A canvas painting scene over Tarn Hows to the Coniston Fells mountain of Wetherlam (on the left ). It's elevation is 763 m and its north-east slopes descend to Little Langdale. Its parent peak is Coniston Old Man (not shown here). A grand view from here but the reflections of the Tarn take first prize for me.
Best full screen
Enjoy the day

A very painterly looking shot.........definitely best viewed large for the fantastic detail and colours!
Herb Riddle replied to Keith Burton:
Many thanks for the gold star and as usual, much appreciated that you took the trouble to look at it full screen.
Best Wishes. Herb
