Sheep on the hill

Looking at the back dam wall of Norman Hill Reservoir not far from my home. We see this pleasant small flock of sheep. With at least one lamb sheltering amongst the adults.

A very nice scene here for me too. The spillway, I snapped as a stand alone shot and maybe it will return here someday. Glad you liked it.

Keep well. Herb

Herb Riddle replied to TOZ:

In that we have another common bond Gordon. A fine place for a walk here. That lane to the dam wall of the reservoir we can no longer walk as United Utilities in their wisdom has but a giant locked gate just to the left of the trees here. The far left lane goes up and joins the Pennine Way.

Take care. Herb

A tranquil looking countryside scene Herb, with the sheep taking pride of place in the foreground. Captured in nice light with some lovely green tones.

It looks very dry there!

Another look at a place about 20mins drive from my home then a hike downhill of about 1mile to here. Glad you liked this scene.

Best Wishes. Herb

Bonita fotografía de campo, con las ovejas lanudas en primer término, los abetos, las orografía, lomas y carreteras queda un paisaje atractivo y tranquilo.

Nicely photographed Herb. The muted greens are, I suspect, indicative of the lack of rain across the country.
