Last year we had a walk along a delightful riverside road alongside the River Wye in Millersdale, Derbyshire. Along there, by the road we spotted a few different hand-painted signs like this, presumably from the local school by the children. A warning to watch out for the many lifeforms around here including, children, sheep, shrews and frogs. All held in high regard by my wife and I.

I am reminded with this, that it is not only pretty country lanes where such things should be valued - it is everywhere – including so many war zones!
