Bratislava ore exportation.

As we glide into the capital city of Slovakia we hear, before seeing these train waggons being loaded with oar. I cannot find out exactly what kind of ore this was but it seems likely that it was ash or slag. These two cranes moved almost like dancers moving along the rails with their arms forever waving up and down.

Those huge cranes always remind me of some sort of prehistoric dinosaur! They look very impressive against the sky and as George noted (above) the train carriages give a great sense of scale. Even that massive barge looks comparatively small.

I was quite amazed to see this after hearing the crash of the load being emptied into the train trucks. I was quite impressed with the dancing cranes too against this blue sky. Glad you enjoyed it too.
