In 1995 we took a holiday in the beautiful Scottish Highland village of Glenelg. On our way to and from there we passed through the area known as Rannock Moor where I took a few snaps of Loch Ba. Here is perhaps the best of those, taken on slide but copied by Kodak to one of their own photo CD's which were quite popular at the time. I have been inspired to share this after seeing an excellent one from the same area by our friend Roger (Grisly):

I am pretty sure that I have a more modern version of this. Maybe that will be shared one day on here too.
'Rannoch Moor is an expanse of around 50 square miles of boggy moorland to the west of Loch Rannoch in Scotland, where it extends from and into westerly Perth and Kinross, northerly Lochaber, and the area of Highland Scotland toward its south-west, northern Argyll and Bute.'
