Lake Lugano

Its nice sometimes to be reminded of past pleasant trips. Here we are at Lake Lugano in Switzerland, September 2013 during our Italian Lakes holiday.
This high fountain in the lake itself is at the town of Lugano. It is one of many beautiful fountains on this lake. The south west of the lake forms the border with Italy.

It was a most wonderful area Gordon. The towns and villages were not only beautiful but interesting too but I would have loved to wander along those far away empty parts.

Hi Keith. I seem to have taken so many photos over many years and in a few different countries too. A shame to keep everything hidden away so its good to share the odd one. Even better when, today, one of my Ipernity friends still gets to enjoy some of our moments far away.
