The heart of Winter

In the middle of our winters of yesteryear we see that life could get difficult at times. Taken just minutes from my doorway, it might as well be the Alaskan high north. This gentleman had a dog with him somewhere as I remembered. One thing for certain, the photo is not so old that he was walking to work.
