Wonderful place and wonderful composition.

It is a place that is truly breath taking and so big, this was one of the bucket list sites to see in the UK. A place I can highly recommend a visit. Glad you like the shot a real blast from the past.

I love this place! I took a similar photo without people -it was raining;-)

Its not just the building even the grounds where a real site to see. Not sure I would have enjoyed this in the rain but would have been best for zero people though I know I waited for less but people give the place scale.... Many thanks.

Its a place you should never pass by a must visit.

Just realised that I never commented on this Steve - Fountains Abbey - you were here before me! A very nice rendition here of only part of the main nave. Almost sepia here looking like this.

Herb I have a few Photos of the Place would have rather had digital than film it was expensive at the end buying film. One thing the UK has a lot of old buildings to choose from this was one of the biggest. Nice to see a few more views.
