My grand children knew how much I wished could visit Japan to see a real Japanese Garden and group of Bonsais.

Like the Bonsai I was given a garden to build myself this consisted of 1363 pieces lots of them very small but the tray consists of some 7 layers to get the final result. Its all glued apart from the leaves on the trees and the "blue water "in the stream" , as the stream is clear pieces I did not want to take the risk of the glue showing through.

This 330mm long and 200mm High. This was a 16 hour build. This photographed on my father Velvet black background sheet I brough home from NZ.
