Dont test the Web Golden Orb spider

I went to Bibra lake to get some bird photos but the lake is totally dry grass growing not a bird in sight.

Orb weavers are reluctant to bite. Symptoms are usually negligible or mild local pain, numbness and swelling. Occasionally nausea and dizziness can occur after a bite.

I have been bitten by one not some thing I would recommend but it was over faster than a Red Back spider and way less pain full. Best to keep away from spider bites in OZ.
