I don't believe that progress is always good. Much prefer the green Fields that where there that match the rest of the foreshore.

When I was there in September 2014 it was still a large construction site, and I would never have guessed that they would even build a new marina. I hope I can see it with my own eyes one day though, because I really love Perth.
