This might have been a boring picture had it not been for the mind-boggling fact that this is all solid salt and not a drop of real water in sight. The waves look like liquid waves if I did not know better. I wonder if this salt is collected and made use off as I have seen natural salt pans around the coast of Northern France where it was indeed harvested. I presume this was taken from your moving bus as indicated by the slight reflective properties shown in the sky.
No water at all but a very small corner in the distance but that could have been heat. i would guess this salt would not have a nice "taste" at all unlike the fresher sea salt. the shot is out the window and the tell tale reflections. thanks
