Lovely images, Steve and well caught bee in the PiP. Ah yes, mustn't get in the way of 'progress'! Interesting that you used an FZ20, I still occasionally use mine.

Steve Paxton replied to tiabunna:

Thanks George FZ-20( gave away) was my first Digital replaced by FZ-28 which was not as good so I went Nikon and have not looked back from all the challenges. I have a few more next year as I wait for a star tracker and learn how to use it over the new year. From us in the west I hope you and the family have a great Xmas and New Year hope its not too hot .

The tree is really fantastic, Steve and has the best time for flowering. A pity for this one and the others. I hope there are still enough in your area. Have a merry Christmas and a better begin of the new year 2019.

A fine tree Steve and a firm favorite here, I see. Out closest thing to a Christmas flower is the
lovely Poinsettia Tree of which we are often gifted. A pity that some of yours have had to make way for buildings though.

Have a great Christmas my friend, Herb
