Life can be so hard in the wild. It was a very beautiful bird.

I was actually grieving for this little bird. the only reason why the predator had a chance to kill him was, because day in, day out he sang hour after hour hoping a female might hear him and join him in the park. But buntings are rare here and there may not have been a female within miles of where he was.
