Wir haben damals immer gruene Kochbirnen auf dem Markt fuer dieses Gericht gekauft und die werden mit dem Speck und den Bohnen zusammen gekocht. Es schmeckt sehr lecker.

Ich weiss nicht wie du das meinst, aber ich muss zu dem Foto hinzufuegen, dass mein Teller schon den groessten Hunger gestillt hatte, bevore ich die Kamera holte.

Na ja, Doerthe, daß war ironisch gemeint. Homöopathie soll doch gesund sein und wenig Fleisch angeblich auch. ;-) Deine Fleischbeilage sieht sehr übersichtlich aus. ;-D

Na klar, Lutz. Ich hol dich vom Flugplatz in Flint ab, ist nur eine Stunde Farhzeit...haha...(aber der Flug ueber den Atlantik ist etwas laenger, tut mir leid).
