Looks like a dead vulture

This photo was taken at an electric sub-station near my house. We had thought that vultures had been electrocuted in the wires, but obviously it was dead long before arriving here.

I agree...........it's definitely been put there by someone. I wonder if they're trying to discourage the vultures from roosting on the sub-station and wires?

If they are, there must be more humane ways of doing it..!!

I doubt these "scare-vultures" are going to discourage any vultures. On the other hand, there aran't any real vultures here. I'll keep watching.
