Yes, the beavers are very busy around my pond. They immigrated from my neighbor's pond a few years ago, and cut down something almost every night.

Good for the tree..........but I suspect the beaver will be back for those juicy shoots in due course!

I don't have much hope for the tree. These beavers cut down something (usually something small) almost every night. That's nature, I guess.
