Reminds me of the eastern Phoebe. I have one who nests here yearly. She is about to fledge her chicks . She had a bad year... normally 2 broods.. but not this year.

The two species are very similar. There are the usual subtle differences. These are smaller and have an eye ring. My best wishes for the phoebe family.
