Glamis Castle [ɡlɑːmz] ist ein Schloss in der Nähe der Ortschaft Glamis in Angus, Schottland. Es ist Wohnsitz des Earls und der Countess of Strathmore, die es der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht haben. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen schottischen Schlössern wird es nicht vom National Trust for Scotland betrieben. Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, besser bekannt als „Queen Mum“, verbrachte hier ihre Kindheit, und ihre Tochter Prinzessin Margaret wurde hier geboren. Ein Bild des Schlosses ist auf der Zehn-Pfund-Note der Royal Bank of Scotland abgebildet.
Beachtenswert sind die Deckengemälde der Innenräume von Glamis Castle, die sehr detailliert und gut erhalten sind. Gemeinsam mit denen der Schlösser Muchalls Castle und Craigievar House werden sie als die edelsten in ganz Schottland betrachtet.
Das Schloss findet sich in zahlreichen Sagen wieder und hat, will man örtlichen Legenden glauben, mehr dunkle Geheimnisse als jedes andere Schloss im Vereinigten Königreich. Auch in der Literatur fand es Erwähnung. In William Shakespeares Stück Macbeth ist Macbeth der Thane von Glamis und Cawdor.

Glamis Castle has been the home of the Lyon family since the 14th century, though the present building dates largely from the 17th century. Glamis was the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, wife of King George VI. Their second daughter, Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, was born there.
The castle is protected as a category A listed building, and the grounds are included on the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland, the national listing of significant gardens
