Very cute squirrel.

So very sweet!

Cute photo. They are a plague here in the western USA. They have largely destroyed the native squirrels.

Same here. We think of them as rats with bushy tails. They came into the UK from America, and have dramatically curtailed the red squirrel niches. And they are a pest in gardens, pinch bird food, and mate energetically. The do look cute though, and there was about 8-10 of them frisking around this woodland.

Das schaut ja richtig schön aus mit diesen herbstlichen Waldboden liebe Amelia :))

Wünsche noch einen schönen Nachmittag, liebe Grüße Güni :))

A lovely capture.
We too have many of these around our garden.
I made a feeder for them so that they wouldn't keep destroying the peanut feeders.

A delightful capture of this lovely creature Amelia. I love the light, detail and warm colours.

I people consider these as vermin.........but that's not their fault. They carry a disease which infects Red Squirrels, but doesn't affect them. Again that's not their fault. They're just doing what squirrels do..!!

I have several visiting my garden most days and I don't consider them pests at all ;-)

Grey squirrels are a non-native invasive species and are notorious for stripping the bark from a tree’s main stem and branches. The damage they cause prevents the flow of water and food around the tree, putting significant stress on it – weakening and, if the damage is severe enough, eventually killing the tree. But yes - they are cute.

Feines Herbstbild mit Zugabe :)

I don’t trust them. They’d nibble us to death if they could.

Too cute!

This is adorable.

Happy wednesday!
