Here in Gemany we mostly have the green variety which is very sour;-) I have seen the first rhubarb in the shops but it didn't look appealing so I'll wait a bit longer...

This isn't rhubarb, Gudrun, It's a leafy vegetable called chard. It comes in other colours too, bright yellow for example. I have to say it does look like Rhubarb. Adrian thought it was that as well.
