Eyebright at Chirk
Euphrasia officinalis), is also known as eyebright or eyewort. The white flowers are often tinged violet with red. or bronzy green foliage. It is a parasitic species similar to Yellow Rattle, and is used in wild flower meadows to control the spread of unwanted grass species.
