It seems that the year started with rain for you.
We were lucky and on New Year's Day there was sunshine all day and temperatures around 16°C. Normally it snows here at this time of year.
It seems like you're having the same type of weather as we are, although a do see a touch of blue sky there. The terrace looks very attractive and I like the ground floor arched windows and doorways. The brickwork is also very nice looking.
Nice to see the reflections on the wet pavements as well.
