Hi dear Amelia, the "beach" area here is so interesting, rough but very photogenic, wish I had a few of those smaller round smooth rocks. My grand girls have always love to paint lovely images on some of these that I would gather here and there. I have a fish bowl container half full of such paintings, will treasure them forever. They are older now and beyond that kind of fun. :(
Today is our ":first day of summer".... tho mother nature didn't get that message, we've had EXTREME summer weather for weeks !! :)
The different textures of stone and pebbles are well caught! The puddles and seaweed add to it. I wish I could be at the sea right now, we are heading towarda 40°C this week:-(
I think I'd prefer the heatwave, Gudrun. We are experiencing torrential rain at this moment, and 2 roads in the village are flooding. Adrian is outside trying to clear drains so that our car is OK. We are off to Norfolk for the rest of the week for grandparent duties, leaving just after lunch, roads permitting.
