I still haven't found a LR plugin. I uploaded some of my recent stuff by hand because I was tired of having nothing here.

I'm not sure I'm going to "move" but I'll certainly be checking here. It's a real drag to not have a nice automatic workflow from LR.

At the rate people are migrating here, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before someone comes up with one. I know Flickr is feeling the pinch because they've closed comments on several discussions where people were ranting about the change and raving about Ipernity and telling others how to easily migrate with the Greasemonkey script. And Flickr's phone app is asking me for feedback on how they can make Flickr better for me. They never did that before. Yep, I think they've shot themselves in both feet at once and are beginning to realize it.

It will be interesting to see if Jeff Freidl will adapt his LR flickr plugin for Ipernity. It was much better than the built in one, and the APIs look very similar to me. Might even have a go at writing it myself, but I've never written an LR plugin before so it may take a while...

I see Ipernity is less good about notifying about threads. I just saw this. I suspect Flickr will respond to the complaints in some form.

I miss the "reply" button. I'll have to check out that JF thread. I use his Flickr (and smugmug) plugin. Also his geo and metadata wrangler. I just wish he had a way to buy more than one plugin at once. It's always tedious when a new LR version comes out.

Yeah I use the SM plugin too… they are very good. And luckily LR doesn't change major versions too often….

Woo -- the plugin's released: regex.info/blog/2013-07-21/2286 - I'm trying it now. I didn't even try to get involved in the beta.
