Precious Pete
Precious Pete returned to us after being adopted as a kitten. He is now a one-year-old young man who did not enjoy the new dog his human adopted. Pete took out his disdain on another resident feline. Pete left at 3 pounds and returned at 17 pounds. He is on a diet currently and already down to 13.8 pounds, but Pete requires a home that is willing to portion out his food and keep human food away from him. Pete is an affectionate fella who really would like a home of his own. He is up-to-date on rabies and distemper. He has been neutered. Precious Pete is available for adoption for $50.

Badger (ADOPTED)
Badger and his siblings were trapped back at the beginning of July. Unfortunately the crew arrived with blatant ringworm. They lived in isolation receiving appropriate treatment (fluconazole orally, Sulfinex topically, DioxiGuard 72 baths). Now, finally, the infection is behind us. Badger is a confident fella ho enjoys loving. He has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Badger tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Guesstimated date of birth: 5/20/15. Adoption fee: $60.

Arlo
Arlo is a young man of approximately 7 months of age. He's a friendly, outgoing lad who loves everyone, human, feline, canine, and is not afraid to show it. Arlo rubs all over us and the other cats and the dogs This handsome fella has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper as well as dewormed. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Arlo does require that his forever human give him lysine twice daily (we just mix the powder form into his food). Usually, in time, that becomes unnecessary, but we don't know how long it'll take for dear Arlo. He is available for adoption for $60.

Marlin Blue (ADOPTED)
Wee Marlin arrived 10/8/15 along with his momma and four brothers. All four of his brothers now have homes, but Marlin continues to await his forever humans. Marlin, a delightfully cuddly young man, has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. He has been dewormed. Marlin is available for adoption for $60.

Sonnet (ADOPTED)
Sonnet is an affectionate girl who cries for me to come dole out belly rubs. The young beauty is 3-4 months old now, and she has been spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and dewormed. Sonnet is available for adoption for $60.

Poppins
Poppins is a friendly, affectionate, outgoing gal. She was a phenomenal momma raising her litter of girls, but Poppins DESPISES other felines. Poppins tested negative for FIV/FeLV and has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Poppins will be a fabulous addition to a home, but she MUST be an only cat. This beauty is available for adoption for $50.

Chiffon
Chiffon is a sweet girl, perhaps 2-3 years old, who is happy to be off the streets. Chiffon has come a long, long way. She loves to cuddle and enjoys being petted by visitors. Chiffon tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper as well as dewormed. This beauty uses the litterbox faithfully. She is spayed. Chiffon is available for adoption for $50.

Ellie
Ellie had a litter of kittens on a property, and by the time we became involved only one kitten remained (his guesstimated birth date is 11/7/14 based on what the homeowner knew). The pair joined us on 1/16/15. Ellie, albeit shy, has been around humans in the past. She was spayed on 2/11/15 as well as vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Ellie tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She was treated for many months for a persistent ear infection. Ultimately, surgery was required to remove Ellie's left ear in order to remove a polyp that had blown out her middle ear. Surgery went beautifully, and Ellie is THRILLED to be free of the chronic excrutiating pain that likely plagued her since kittenhood. Ellie has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She is available for adoption for $50.

Arizona (SPECIAL NEEDS)
Arizona is the amazingly friendly, outgoing, loving momma trapped with her three kittens (Kanata, Phasma, and Dameron). She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Sadly, Arizona tested positive for FIV. Thankfully, felines with FIV can live a long, happy, healthy life. FIV is not readily transmissible to other felines as it requires a puncture wound. As long as there is peace in the house, FIV+ felines can coexist with FIV- felines. As an additional challenge: Arizona may be allergic to standard cat food. We aren't quite sure. She does fine on a raw chicken diet from the pet deli or on limited ingredient dry food. When stressed, Arizona does scratch at her ears. A calm home would be best for her. No small, active children. Adoption fee: $40.

Miss Farkus
One-year-old Miss Farkus was trapped as an older kitten along with her sisters. As they were all completely wild, they have undergone socialization. Miss Farkus loves human touch, and she is very food motivated. The beauty enjoys being carried around in her human's arms, purring up a storm. However, she is quite nervous around strangers. We are working to help her overcome her fears. Miss Farkus has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia. She is negative for FIV/FeLV. Miss Farkus uses the litterbox faithfully, and she will do her very best to keep down the insect population in her forever home. Miss Farkus can jump four feet into the air to artfully catch a tiny moth between her front two paws. Impressive. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50.

Miss Flick
One-year-old Miss Flick, like her sisters, was trapped as a feral kitten. She has been undergoing socialization. Thankfully, Miss Flick is more comfortable around strangers, willing to take treats offered to her by unknown hands. However, we are still working on getting her comfortable being picked up. While she can be picked up and has had her claws trimmed without incident, she really isn't overly fond of having her four paws off the ground. Miss Flick has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50 but requires a home that is prepared to continue socializing her.

Whisper
Whisper is a precious young man born in October. 2014 He has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. This beautiful boy LOVES to be pet. He was quite thin when he arrived and has been happily eating up a storm. Whisper has been dewormed and uses a litterbox faithfully. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He will need an understanding home to help him with the transition as Whisper will likely be nervous in a new environment. Whisper is available for adoption for $50.

India
India Pale Ale was trapped behind a bar in Prior Lake. India has been adapting well and seeks out loving. However, she is frightened of strangers. India will require someone with patience to adopt her. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. India tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Adoption Fee: $50.

Pandora
Pandora is an ~5-6 year-old girl who was returned to the rescue because she started hiding. Well, Pandora's teeth were literally rotting out of her mouth causing a great deal of pain. We had twelve teeth removed, and she has been coming back out of her shell. I am so happy for the girl. She definitely is still shy, and she requires an understanding home. Pandora enjoys cuddling on my lap and eats up loving, but she will need plenty of time to adapt to new humans. She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. Pandora is available for adoption for $40.

Boboli
Boboli arrived as a scared, pregnant feral. After raising her own kittens, she fostered a couple more litters for us. This beautiful young lady (maybe 1 or 2 years old) has adapted wonderfully well to interacting with people. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Boboli tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She will require an understanding home with plenty of patience to help her adapt. Boboli has done fine with one or two other felines but feels overwhelmed in our environment with many more than that. Boboli is available for adoption for $50.

Cricket
Cricket is a gorgeous young lady who joined us as a feral. She is perhaps now a year old. Cricket has found that she loves being scritched, so she welcomes affection. A quiet, gentle wee girl, Cricket spends most of her time curled up in her favorite spot. She has been spayed and vaccinated against both rabies and distemper. Cricket tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Adoption fee: $50. Cricket requires a patient, understanding human to help with the transition.

Meadowlark
Meadowlark joined us as a pregnant feral adult on 5/13/15. She sadly rejected her litter (they were raised by Devonshire and adopted once 8 weeks old). Over time, however, she has been won. Meadowlark loves affection and greets me at the door whenever I enter the former feral room. Meadowlark will require someone with a great deal of patience who will allow her to acclimate to a forever home slowly. Meadowlark has been spayed and vaccinated against both rabies and distemper. Available for Adoption for $50.

MoMo (uses wee-wee pads)
MoMo arrived into our care declawed. MoMo, now approximately 9 to 11 years old, was found dodging cars scrounging for food in a grocery store parking lot. MoMo is a very quirky boy although his OCD tendencies are mellowing with age. MoMo does not want to live with other adult males (he will spray). He also at times prefers to use wee-wee pads over litterboxes. That has lessened considerably with time, but MoMo still falls into a special needs category due to his unusual litter habits. MoMo lives in his own room in our home (apart from other adult males). Thankfully, he enjoys female company as well as kittens. His room is our "kitten room" whenever we have kittens available for adoption in our home. MoMo is neutered, dewormed, and has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and FeLV. Adoption fee: $40.

Mr. Grigsby (allergic to cat food)
Mr. Grigsby is a gregarious, outgoing feline. People who visit to choose a home often fall in love with his handsome looks, outgoing personality, and soft fur. However, he will need a special home. After all, Mr. Grigsby is allergic to standard cat food. He can have limited ingredient duck and pea without difficulty or, what we feed him, ground up chicken from Woody's Pet Food Deli. Of note, it isn't as simple as that. Why not? Mr. Grigsby is food obsessed. He will go after any food in the sink and even has figured out ways to open cabinets (now all have magnets holding them closed). This boy will tear into bags of anything left on the counter. We do our best to keep Mr. Grigsby away from anything that will cause him to react, but he manages to get into something every six to eight months or so. When it happens, he needs to have a steroid. His face swells and his paws swell. His lips ulcerate. If Mr. Grigsby doesn't get a steroid in time, his paw pads crack and his paws become secondarily infected thanks to the litterbox. Yep, it's best to catch it early. Mr. Grigsby requires a home that can medically care for an allergic reaction. An organized kitchen is a must, one where nothing is left out for him to devour. With all that said, Mr. Grigsby is definitely worth all the extra effort. He's been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia. Adoption fee: $40.

Ninja
Ninja has been a socialization project. Thankfully, this beauty has come a long, long, long way. Ninja arrived front-declawed and very pregnant. Her kittens were born on 8/22/15 and all have been adopted. Ninja has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. The beauty tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Ninja requires a home with experience with cats without other cats or dogs. Ninja is available for adoption for $50.

Calypso (Adoption Pending)
The lovely Calypso joined us on 10/8/15 along with her litter of five boys. Calypso will be spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper after her kittens are born (yes, she arrived pregnant while nursing 7-week-old kittens). This beautiful momma already has a forever home lined up. She will be available for adoption for $50.

Jersey
Jersey is the momma of the ringworm crew (only Badger remains from her litter of five). Jersey underwent treatment for twelve weeks for ringworm. Now, finally, the infection is behind us. Jersey has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. This gorgeous momma tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Jersey is available for adoption for $50. Please note that we are working to identify allergens as Jersey apparently has significant allergies.

Murdock (RESERVED)
Murdock is an adorable mite who was found wandering alone with his eyes caked completely shut. While he was touch and go at first, this dear lad has been getting better and better with each passing day. Murdock LOVES to play and has energy to spare. Murdock will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).

Orville (RESERVED)
Orville and his sister Zea are the reason why we even knew about the Popcorn Gang as their momma left those two out in the cold alone to die one night. Thankfully, the homeowners discovered the kittens (and hunted down the nest). Momma Poppycock wouldn't take the kittens back at the time, but we handfed the pair and ultimately reunited them with their momma and siblings once they were strong enough to hold their own. Orville had a broken right back leg and a couple of breaks to his tail as well, but he has recovered nicely (those kinks remain). Orville will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).

Zea (available for adoption starting 11/21/15)
Zea and her brother Orville were discovered, left to die, by their momma. The homeowners found the nest and tried reuniting them with their momma. Ultimately, the pair came into our care and were handfed until strong enough to be reunited with their momma (who required trapping) and siblings. Zea is a petite wee who is very people-oriented. She will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Zonkers (RESERVED)
Zonkers is an adorable mite, social minded and playful. He and his siblings were discovered 4 feet up in the air in a corn bin. Hence, the popcorn theme. Zonkers will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).

Munch (available for adoption starting 11/21/15)
Munch is the biggest of the litter, and he is a rough-and-tumble boy. This buff fluff is a heart stealer. Munch will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).

Lolly (RESERVED)
Lolly is a delightfully fluffy wee girl with an extra measure of curiosity. Lolly will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Jolly (RESERVED)
Jolly is a wee fluffball with beautifully big, inquisitive eyes. This adorable wee will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Biddy (RESERVED)
Biddy is the firstborn kitten to momma Diana Wynne. The gorgeous youngster will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Sybil (RESERVED)
Sybil is the secondborn to momma Diana Wynne. The adorable wee girl will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Biffa (RESERVED)
Wee Biffa was born third to momma Diana Wynne. Biffa is the biggest of the three girls and was the first to open her eyes. This precious youngster will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of spay by 7 months of age).

Rupert (available for adoption starting 12/17/15)
Rupert, last born to momma Diana Wynne, had a more harrowing start to life. The water broke, and nothing came. Finally, an emergent C-section (and hysterectomy) was performed to pull this youngster out of his momma. While he wasn't breathing, the vet tech could see the heart beat. Thankfully, with much effort, Rupert was fully revived. Rupert has done well and keeps up with his three sisters. Rupert will be available for adoption for a fully refundable $50 (with verifiable proof of neuter by 7 months of age).

Ricotta (soon available for adoption)
A new arrival, just today, Ricotta joins the rescue. This friendly, young calico will be available for adoption for $60 once she has been spayed.

Blue Bay (one day available for adoption)
Blue Bay is a gorgeous all-gray young man born to Calypso in the spring. This boy is a socialization project, but so far he shows great promise, much more so than his sibling Matrix or the other feline trapped on the property while attempting to trap the sixth kitten (sibling to Marlin, et. al.).
