Help keep our association going. Join the ima team as an Executive assistant.

Our current treasurer, Corinne, will be stepping down in less than a year. We are looking for someone to become an executive assistant to Corinne.

Becoming an assistant to Corinne will also allow you to learn exactly what it means to be our treasurer and for you to consider whether you would like to stand for treasurer next year.

What being an Executive Assitant to Corinne means:
- Spending less than an hour per week connecting with Corinne
- Learn how our funds are accounted for
- Learn how member accounts are handled when renewals
are done via bank transfer
- Learn how we pay our bills and to whom

Thank you Xata. Hope you'll be able to do it and know that no task is overwhelming with IMA. You'll still have a lot of time to yourself. At the same time, I'm sure even if it's a curse word for some, AI could create the financial statements as long as total dues and the expenses are provided. Creation of financial statements today is heading towards obsolescence because of AI according to the Big Four accounting firms in the USA.

If AI can do most of it that's great... I have no real spread sheets skills, just the use of account books on board, expenses by cathegories, what was paid cash and what was through banking...!
