Dear members and friends of ipernity,

1) According to the Terms of Use (7.2), the storage period for content of abandoned club accounts that exceeds the limit of guest accounts expires after 6 months. After this generous allowance, the excess content will be deleted. Only the most recent content will be kept as measured by the upload date. The next cleanup will affect all accounts that expired prior to March 31, 2021.

2) To allow you to plan for the long term, we would like to inform you today that the next General Assembly IGA 2022 will take place as an online conference on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Please note this date in your calendar.

3) At this General Assembly, two mandates have to be reassigned: that of the Vice-President and that of the Treasurer. In this context, we refer to a corresponding personal statement of the current holder of both mandates.

4) Club members with appropriate experience and skills (see: Statutes VII, 1) are invited to apply to the ima team via an official application by ticket. It would be desirable to submit your application as early as possible so that all necessary public discussions can take place in good time before the IGA. (As experience has shown, there is not enough time for this during the actual meeting. The IGA is only the decision-making organ in this respect.)

This call is primarily aimed at those who have leadership skills and a passion to actively shape the future of our association as a member of the club's board for several years.
