Not a real existing german word. A construction of erklären (=to explain) + Bär (=bear)
... a kind of pun, because there is a real german word erklärbar (=explicable)

The best way to write Articles (Blogs) is to do it in MS Word where you have good spelling and grammar checking. For the illustration mark in the text where the photos should be.

The photos should be uploaded to your page in the order desired for the article. when both are ready to upload you open a new Article and name it in the normal manner. Also add the description etc.

Go to the main section, Click souce, Copy our text and insert, then click source again.The text can be formatted size wise now or later (Bad choice) using Edit

Now you add the photos in there respective positions using the 'Add media'tool', you get a choice of Thumbnail or Full width, slect what you wish I always use full width.
With each photo you can press enter once then write any info needed beneath it.

When all is done select 'Save and Publish.

As for that Video, well I did not understand it either.

I discovered lot's of corresponding stuff in English. Some people say it is somewhat similar as "walking encyclopedia", or in general an annoying person who thinks s/he knows it all =D

Then one source came up suggesting a terminology of The Explanator. A sort of similar scifi creature as The Terminator ;-)

Because you are an artistic creative person by nature why notturn to using PowerPoint, part of the Microsoft Office suite. With PowerPoint you can create a different type of Phot blog. Your narative or text can be spell and gramar checked actively while you write because the Proofing tool works on all parts of the Office package, You select the language of choice already when you make the title page, then choose Spelling and gramar check, when it is done you tell it to continue throughout.
So you write your introduction on one ore more slides, add the first photo, continue your wtiritting add photo etc, finally you save the completed document to your PC then upload it to your account page.

I still thin I will end up using image albums for my "photo journal", because I so much like the idea of notes. Besides there on albums I can embed images on images, and on text, without hyperlinks. Sometimes I just wish to show more images but not provide a link to open them on the actual location. Not sure if this makes sense, but you will see in future, what I mean.

PowerPoint is also a good idea, but as said above, I decided to give a try with the notes that can be attached on images. On my today's album post you can seen an example on this:
