Outlaw reinstalled at ipernity :o)

No, but I wounder who will need such an account?!
Since a few weeks ago I don´t suggest that anything like this could happen here but I´m a little bit disenchanted now.. First got kicked out of a group for no real reason and after blogging about it kicked out of ipernity as well is something I don´t expected could be happen here cause nothing else like this was happen before and I don´t was an apple-polisher all the time about ipernity but I thought I act fair at least in all times. Well, it seemed I err...
Well, I must be a naughty boy, I think.

OK, to give you an overview what was happened as my account was suspended during last weekend (or since thursday):

After some users from flickr joined ipernity cause they disliked what happened there (changing their design, changing policies and user-accounts etc.) a few groups had created by these guys to smouth their first experience at ipernity, to answer questions and to support each other.
Cause I switched from flickr to ipernity myself (but not in may 2013 - it was in the middle of 2007 when flickr decide to filter/ censoring some countries from content, even your own) I decided to join one of the three from the ipernity-team suggested groups.

My decision was the group called "New Flickr Survivors". I began to answer questions (you can still read most of my answers there, at least the ones which aren´t deleted by the moderators, uhm) and to write HOW-TOs in my blog (feel invited to read them, too. I just want to help the new arrived users to find their way through ipernity cause as a longtime-member of ipernity I know where to find which even if ipernity had decided to re-design their pages a few weeks before flickr did.
Cause I still have my account at flickr and being active there (well, not by posting new photos, but even for commenting), I suggest I´m open-minded enough to understand what the users of NFS are talking about if they ask where to find this and how to do that. At least it seemed so cause I get much posetive feedback. :-)

As the time fly by one of the four moderators decided that he would like to post award-banners and group- invite-banners for a cat-group driven by him/her in the comment-section of others documents. I don´t want these items under my documents (and I have some cat-documents so the danger of appearing is real) cause it feels like getting spamed.
I find them annoying and at least I don´t want to communicate with guys who like to play these kind of bullshit-glitter-bingo. So I decide to block one of the four moderators of the NFS-group.

A big mistake - LOL! The moderator which I blocked decided to kick me out of the group:
You are removed from the group New Flickr Survivors
So I did what ipernity say in this ipermail what I should do: I asked the three other moderators why I was kicked out of NFS.
At least one of the four (or three, one couldn´t cause I blocked him/she) answered my question. This moderator said he/she have asked the guy who kicked me (lol!) why he/she did and provide me this three reasons why it had happened:

1. I blocked an admin of this group
2. I interact with a guy who was blocked from this group already
3. I posting insults in the group

Number one and two are pretty true, yeah! Well, I couldn´t understand why this could be a reason to get kicked out of a group, cause there were at least three other moderators left (or- well, the moderator which I initially blocked for his award- and invitebanners aren´t a moderator in this group anymore) who could send ipermails to me if they would like to do it this way (and even if not: IMHO this wouldn´t be an understandable reason to kick somebody out of a group - I´d never seen such moderation-style before on ipernity).
And interacting with a member who was blocked from the group? Well, cause the list of blocked group-members aren´t visible to members it wasn´t possible to prevent it. And secondly - I don´t thing this should be a reason for kicking someone out of a group.

Well - but there was another reason I got kicked out of the NFS-group, the third one, and the only one I can understand if it was true. But - well - I don´t think I act this way.
So I asked the moderator for an example about the insults which I should have posted to the group (so I can work on my social skills) but I don´t get any answer by him.
Cause most of my postings are still readable in the group everyone could have a look if this was true and I still want to work on my social skills but to do it I first need an example how I shouldn´t do it...

Well - and what was the reason ipernity blocked my account?
To inform the members of the groups why I don´t answered their questions anymore (and in the first days it tends to be a fulltime-job) I wrote an article in my blog telling what happened and why it happened.
Then ipernity contacted me by email because I write the article. They said I "accuse" another ipernity-member by telling what was happen and they say I have to remove the article www.ipernity.com/blog/kiezkicker/497123

Ipernity send two warnings by email (not by ipermail) which are sorted to spam by spamassassin (with default configuration) so I don´t see their warnings before suspending my account. This happen during a timelapse of ten days (first warning email by june 9th, second at 14th and the information that my account was suspended at June 19th). Cause I left my home at 19th to visit some lovely person I don´t realize that my account was suspended. After I came back on friday evening (or- well- it was saturday already, lol) I realized that my userpic wasn´t shown at all pages. Everything else looks quite as usual. No big issue I suggested.

Cause I had informed the members of a group which was set as a moderated one that I will stay offline a few days before I posted an info that I´m being back to online now so the group can run smoothly again. This posting looks like the following:
konto-nicht-verfügbar1

As I told you I lost my usericon. And my username was black instead of blue as normal. When I hover my username "Konto geschlossen" (account suspended) was displayed.
www.ipernity.com/group/sky-limit/discuss/146407
This was the time I realize something strange happened. I still could write comments, fave items, edit my items, send ipernmails - I could do everything I want and everybody could read it - but if I try to open my profile after I logged out just the following was displayed:
konto-nicht-verfügbar
As I tried to upload these screenshots I got the following message:
konto-nicht-verfügbar2
After clicking on "Den Club entdecken" (discover the club) I saw that I still was a "club"-member.
But because nobody can see my uploads it´s not to bad that I couldn´t upload any new items...

So I asked ipernity what was going on, and why my account was suspended. During surfing through ipernity as an unwanted subject somebody explained that he got an mail cause he had to remove an article, too. First I thought an ipermail was meaned but quickly I realized that he talk about an email so I scanned my whole mailfolder and found the three mails written by ipernity in my spamfolder. I answered that I have removed the article. Cause I think it was written in a friendly and kind style I asked the team which part of the article was the part which they declare to be accused but I don´t get an answer of my email. I asked the same question second times using a ticket which was answered by two different ipernity-workers- but I don´t get any real answer of my question which part it was, they just copy the part which I got by email already (that the article was accusing) so I decided to let the whole article offline- and don´t just edit the small part which could be the reason. Anyway it sounds weird if you get told that you should have accused somebody (and I know who could be the one) if you are pretty sure that you didn´t do it, but hellyeah, here´s ipernity so it´s up to ipernity to make the rules. Users don´t need to understand it (and ipernity isn´t in the need to explain the rules to the members if they ask for clarificatrion) but the users must follow them...
Well, cause it´s a long time ago all these things happen it´s ok if the article stays offline...

Cause my account is fully working again I´m moving on.

So - that´s the whole story behind the last days and what´s happened..

Well, and because I don´t want to view this guy who was the reason for all this bullshit beside my lovely visitors anymore I asked the team if it was possible to code a function which disallow blocked users to visit my account (at least if they are logged-in). The team answered that they will provide this option in the future (it´s ticket #23245 in case you would copy that). :-)
