Although most of the 50 States here are on lock down, there are a few who I guess figure it won't happen there ... how ignorant is their leadership, but what can one expect when there is no real leadership from the top office ? Our State of North Carolina is shut down .. our town is shut down .. a County Commission meeting is to be held .. but not in person. The only people out are neighborhood walkers and essential job people ..
