After a busy summer season and before a winter of boat repairing, we have took the oportunity to run away for a few days.
Our first destination was to the East Yorkshire coast, UK, between Scarborough and Witby. The weather was atrocious but the local pub was superb. A proper pub with no airs nor graces and very convivial company.
The weather was not much good for photography but I did manage a few decent pictures before we headed off to Hathersage in the Derbyshire Peak District and into the teeth of storm "Amy", and more beer!
I will put up some of my efforts over the next few days.
All the best to you all,
John
