This is a complaining blog so be forwarned!
I am home from work today. Most likely at least for the rest of the week also.. And that's a bad thing you say? Yes, in this case it is! 10 years ago, right before our 20th anniversary and the trip to Washington, DC we'd planned, I came down with Tendonitis in the Coopers ligament.. That's between the hip, leg and pelvis...Took me out for 2 weeks+. Pain killers, crutches etc..It was quite ugly.. And we had to cancel our trip.. This weekend it came back.. Not quite as bad but bad enough.. I'm off to the Dr in a short while for drugs.. Last time they made my stomach do loops.. I did lose 6 lbs tho.. Could use that part now. Back then it just made me too skinny...
But why so bad now? Well, I still have tons of stuff to do before Christmas. Our work bonus and raise would be told to us in private at work this week. Our Department dinner & Secret Santa at a great steak house is Thursday night. My boss's birthday is Friday. My Girlfriend at work's birthday is friday too but we had lunch planned for Wednesday.. I've already taken a weeks vacation between Christmas and NY's but if I have to be out all week may have to cancel at least part of that! Plus, I can't move fast, it hurts, I can't sleep well and dressing is a major chore! And my Rick keeps laughing at me!!! Says I have "little feeble old lady syndrome'! And I know I'll be stuck waiting at the Dr's for at least an hour... Trying not to be cranky but it's just not working.. I don't do well when I hurt or and/or am tired! Sorry to complain, but I'm just not a happy camper right now!!

Oh tendonitis is horrible. I've got it in both my arms, and have had for over 10 years now. It flares up sometimes and the pain killers just don't really touch it. I do hope yours calms down very soon, you've got it in the wrong place. Yes I'm with Sue - tell Rick to stop laughing - there again you could play on it and get him to do everything for you.

Ouch Gracie.
"LOFLS" That's a new syndrome to me. But your problem sounds unpleasant to be polite about it.
Hope you can get rid of it so as not to spoil too much of your planning and enjoyment.
