[DE] "Selbst" ist das preiswerteste Fotomodell. Keine Fragen, keine Klagen. Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimemr bieten ausreichend Platz und der Flur hinter der Tür bildet einen neutralen, akzeptablen Hintergrund.

Nur wie richtet man / frau die Kamera auf sich selbst aus. Nach zahlreichen Fehlversuchen wächst zwar die Erfahrung, aber immer wieder steht man zu weit links, rechts sitzt zu hoch oder tief. Ist das Bild gut ausgerichtet, ist das Grinsen grauenhaft.

Nun für das Lächeln gibt es zahlreiche Tipps und Tricks. Backen aufblasen und dann ausatmen, Cheese, Affensch... (wo drückt man da ab? Kurz vor dem Ei?).

Für das Ausrichten hab ich mir nun einen Rahmen gebaut. Vier Holzleisten 5x10x900 mm (zusammen ~ 3€) zu einem Rahmen getackert und mit Klebestreifen in den Türrahmen geklebt. Das Innenmaß des Ramens ist 40x60 cm. Zwei hab ich auf 60 cm gekürzt. Genau muss man nicht arbeiten, denn es ist ein reines Hilfsmittel.

Nach dem Justieren des Rahmens wird die Kamera ausgerichtet. Auszoomen, Ausrichten, Einzoomen, so dass der Rahmen knapp außerhalb des Bilde liegt. Zum Scharfstellen hab ich das Stativ mit Blitzlicht in den Rahmen gestellt.

Der "Rahmen" kann natürlich auch irgendwo im Raum an Fäden von der Decke herabhängen. Dabei gilt: Je leichter der Rahmen, desto weniger Ärger mit dem Tesafilm. Da er nichts aushalten muss, können es die kleinsten Holzlatten sein, die es gibt. Ich hab eine Nummer größer genommen, was sich für das Tackern positive erwiesen hat. Allerdings dringen die Klammer an der anderen Seite durch. Wenn kümmerts. Pickst nur wenn man unvorsichtig ist. ;-)

Erstes Ergebnis:

How can you directed the camera to yourself. Expirience grows with numerous failed attempts, but you sit too far left, right, high or low. If the image is well aligned, the grin is terrible.

Now, for the smile, there are numerous tips and tricks. Bake puff and then exhale, say "Cheese", "Affensch ..." (where you fire off there? Shortly before the "ei" or "ee"?).

For the alignment, I've now built me a frame. Four wooden strips 5x10x900 mm (together ~ 3 €) stapled to a frame and taped to the door frame. The internal dimension of the frame is 40x60 cm. Two I've shortened therefore to 60 cm. You need not work exacty, because it is a pure resource.

After the adjustment of the frame in the door the camera is adjusted. Zoom out, alignment, zoom in, so that the wooden frame is located just outside the pricture. For focusing I put my tripod with flash in the frame.

The frame can be locted somewhere in the room on strings hanging from the ceiling. The lighter the frame, the lesser trouble with the Scotch tape. Since it has nothing to endure, you use the smallest wooden slats, you can get. I took a size larger what has proved to be positive for the tacking. However, the staple penetrate through to the other side. Who cares? Picks only if you're careless. ;-)
