One click versus many... what could be more useful ? :-)
If you watermark all your images the timesaving alone surely makes this worthwhile... you only have to type out your logo once and adjust the transparency/size once but never mind that, this is about 'Brushes' which are prime weapons of Art, whoever said art had to be practical.
You can make a huge range of picture frames from the paint brush pallette, all kinds of effects and textures, Another example here of a disintegration shot
Crow, you can change colour the same way you do with a normal brush by selecting it from the colour picker... you can change the opacity in the layers palette as text is written on it's own layer (which is why you need to 'Rasterize' it) Changing the font- a water mark should be consistent, it should immediately associate with you- that's surely the point of a watermark, it's a declaration of ownership and copyright but that said, how hard is it going to be it's only a bit of typing and a couple of clicks!
I don't have access to a working copy, nor do I know if all versions are the same but I did find this and if you mail me your email addy I'll send you an 11 page msWord doc containing a rather good PSP tutorial on brushes. this is a selection of two relevant sections, hope it helps...

"Once you've selected what brush shape you want, you can then decide its size, rotation and opacity by adjusting the settings on the Tool Options Bar. You adjust the size, rotation, density and opacity with the sliders in this box. When you place your cursor over your image, you will see an outline of the brush you selected in the size and rotation that you picked, so it's very easy to get the right size and angle."
and colour=
"The color of the brush is selected via the Materials Palette. Any combination of colors, gradients, patterns, textures or fills you can come up with in the Materials Palette, you can use with brushes.
Here's something that only PSPers can do... if you click with your left mouse button, you can put the brush shape down in the foreground color and if you use your right mouse button you can put it down in the background color. Two colors without leaving your image!"
