Thank you! This is one of the recipes prepared by chefs in what we call in the US "low country cooking". It's mostly related to South Carolina (Charleston, which is known for seafood menus). This is the chef's version of shrimp and grits. Please check on your version of Google. The food is sooo good!!! {:o) If you can't find information, I'll send you what I can.
