Leixōes: Portos Kreuzfahrtterminal

Nun ist die Zeit der schwimmenden Kleinstädte nicht unbedingt die Zukunft des Tourismus; was ich durchaus begrüße; da hat Corona durchaus etwas Positives bewirkt; Porto hat sich allerdings 2011 noch einen mächtigen Trumm vor die Haustür gesetzt. Immerhin architektonisch durchaus interessant. Hier können Schiffe bis zu einer Länge von über 300m dort anlegen und vergleichsweise billig ( 50 Mio Euro ) war das Teil auch. Im Innern des Gebäudes befindet sich der Wissenschafts- und Technologiepark des Meeres der Universität Porto. Kreuzfahrtschiffe haben wir bei unserem Besuch dort allerdings nicht entdecken können; der Traffic und die Nutzung scheint sich durchaus in Grenzen zu halten.
