Hussaini Suspension bridge HFF

Hunza. North Pakistan.
I have just today come home from 6 weeks in the remotest parts of Pakistan. I will get back to visiting and commenting soon. Have had no internet.
Have a fabulous Friday and weekend. Big hugs to all.
Huge gaps in the foot treads, an unsteady ‘ fence’, raging glacier melt river far below, and 500meters to the other side…not for the faint of heart. Plus a fierce wind. The locals run across carrying baskets

It sounds like you've had an interesting trip Diana.

This is an awesome image............even without your narrative it looks very scary.........and not a route I would even consider taking. I get dizzy standing on a chair changing a bulb.

The light is gorgeous and those mountains look very beautiful and imposing. Fantastic detail in the bridge itself and great to have some people in shot for scale.

A first rate image...............and I'm looking forward to seeing some more from Pakistan in due course.

Wow, that's an incredible shot Diana. This scene is awe inspiring in this winter setting. Would be exciting to cross this in the high winds with bits missing too. ⭐ I salute you!

Ha, just seen this as an early HFF too so HFF and a happy weekend to you. Herb
