Red Wattlebird

The Red Wattlebird (Anthochaera carunculata) is found across southern Australia. Its name derives from the red 'wattles' hanging just below its ears (see also PiP). Another image of the eucalypt flowers also in a PiP. Here's a musical track to go with the image.
