Footbridge over the River Kelvin, Glasgow

The bridge is 4m wide and has three simply supported spans of 13.6m, 15.2m and 13.6m. The deck comprises twin steel fabricated girders, connected transversely by steel rolled beams encased in a concrete slab. Quoted from the Kelvin Bridges Heritage Trail leaflet.

Thanks, Rosa. The bridge is looking good after its makeover. It looked very drab when it was black. It is much more vibrant in blue and white. Cheers, Joe
