Nice image, great in the mono, I had been thinking of getting a 4/3 as a compact

Do notice it is the case with FourThirds system only ;-) More compact and popular Micro FourThirds system replaced in less and decade. I was a happy Olympus user during film era, but after this stunt I somewhat turned my back to Olympus and DSLRs in general. It is more compact and cheaper for an amateur like me to stick with pocket and "bridge cameras".

No resale value but impossible to get rid of- sounds familiar;-) Good for the challenge and a cool 50 images project. Still life is a theme that allows for many interesting shots.

That is what literary happened when I last year took all my cameras to camera shop that buy and sell old cameras. My old film cameras were worth a lot, but they did not accept any FourThrids stuff. I got replaced by the more compact and popular Micro FourThird system.

This old camera still works alright though. And I have kept it just in case I find some use for it ...
