Another pond that I pass on my local walks, but this one is on private land. There are 5 Canada geese and two ducks in the picture. The children from the farm must have great fun bouncing from the trampoline into the water!

Oooh, this is nice Rosa..........it must be lovely to have a private pond! It's an idyllic looking place. I like the lush green of the grass and the stonework of the buildings and walls. Beautifully captured!

I reckon it's the ducks and geese who use the trampoline when no one is looking...........wouldn't that be a good shot to get?

Rosalyn Hilborne replied to Keith Burton:

The pond is about twice the size of the one I featured yesterday Keith. The children must have great fun. There is also a rowing boat which must be lovely to use as well. They have a holiday cottage, so I expect anyone staying there would have use of the lake.

Oh Keith, I would love to think the ducks and geese made use of the trampoline, and I would love to be the person catching them!! Yes a great shot indeed :-))

A well composed scene, Rosa. I love the curve of the pond. The light is quite sublime. Is that where you keep your trampoline? Cheers, Joe

Another charming pond , so well captured and so well composed dear Rosa!
I like the warm light on the cottages and of course the geese and ducks near the trampoline! Everything suggests peace and fun for children and makes us think of sunny spring days...
I noticed two beautiful yellow bushes in the foreground...I wonder what the name of this plant is.
Enjoy your Sunday and a nice new week ahead, dear friend

Thank you for your very kind comments dear Adele. We are experiencing some very nice sunny weather at the moment...I hope it continues! I think the yellow bushes are forsythia. They brighten the picture up :) Take care and have a good new week my friend.
